At Accelyst, LLC, we’re seeking a Business Strategy Executive to join our founding team and drive initiatives that will define our competitive edge in the AI industry. In this high-impact role, you will work directly with leadership to architect and execute strategies that influence market positioning, growth, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities: Partner with the founding leadership to design and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and market leadership Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and threats Lead the development of investor materials, including pitch decks, financial narratives, and strategic positioning Analyze business performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations Drive cross-functional alignment across product, operations, and technology teams to ensure strategic execution Take ownership of high-impact projects with end-to-end responsibility and measurable outcomes Stay ahead of global AI trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements to inform strategic direction Act as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to long-term visioning and business model innovation Qualifications: MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Calcutta, or Lucknow with a specialization in Business Strategy (mandatory) 0–3 years of experience in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or high-growth startups Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly Deep interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and their business applications Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments Show more Show less
