As a high-impact professional joining the Founders Office for a Startup, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founder on strategic, operational, and business-critical initiatives. This role will provide you with end-to-end exposure to leadership decision-making, business planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with the Founder on strategic planning, execution, and priority initiatives - Drive business operations, process improvements, and execution of key projects - Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights for leadership reviews - Track KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics across functions - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech, HR) to ensure alignment and execution - Support business analysis, market research, and competitor analysis - Assist in investor updates, board decks, and leadership presentations - Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities and drive closure - Act as a problem-solver and execution partner for high-priority tasks Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or founders office roles - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Hands-on experience with MIS, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities - Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with global stakeholders If you join us, you will have direct exposure to the Founder & leadership team, a high learning curve with strategic and operational ownership, and an opportunity to influence key business decisions.
