Job Summary -

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Strategy Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen our market presence in the global fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

·       Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance our services in international payments, education loans, multi-currency cards, travel & tours, and travel insurance while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

·       Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics, providing actionable insights for cross-border payments, financial services, and travel solutions.

·       Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance, assess risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and finance teams to support the seamless delivery of fintech solutions.

·       Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks across all product lines.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration,

·       Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a related role within the fintech or financial services industry.

·       Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools.

·       Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.

·       Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

·       Fluency in Hindi will be an advantage for this role.
