Maintain and enhance the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Improve employee experience through the development of user-friendly service catalogs and automated workflows. Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and ITAM modules. Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, widgets, and Reports and Dashboards. Experience with CSDM, employee experience, ATF, service catalogs, and CMDB.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
