Sr Technical Consultant

The Sr. Technical Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of ServiceNow GEN AI and platform integration. You will excel in communication with both technical and non-technical users and stakeholders, fostering a cooperative relationship to tailor solutions to their specific business needs. As a ServiceNow application developer, you will be accountable for implementing GEN AI, Now Assist, and the ServiceNow platform, following best practices for workflows, integration, configuration, customization, and access controls. Your experience should include successful implementations using ServiceNow features like Now Assist for ITSM, Generative AI Controller, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics. Proficiency in UI Builder, ServiceNow Scripting, and Flow Designer is essential, along with expertise in AI Search configurations. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow AI applications, align use case requirements with stakeholders, design solutions accordingly, and guide team members in development and testing. A solid understanding of AI concepts such as NLU, Machine Learning, and Prompt Engineering is crucial, as well as experience in integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems. Preferred qualifications include micro-certifications in Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist, along with ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications. You will collaborate with Scrum Master and Capability owners to prioritize features and user stories, assign development tasks, and lead the development efforts of the Scrum team. Mentoring junior and mid-level Software Engineers, reviewing code, performing unit testing, and staying updated on platform capabilities are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new software engineering resources. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience - Experience in ServiceNow development, including GEN AI and ML - Proficiency in ITSM processes, HRSD processes, CSM processes, and Web-Services - Strong skills in Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist - Experience in customizing ServiceNow using various tools and languages such as UI Builder, CSS, HTML, Jelly, and Angular 1.5 Preferred qualifications: - ServiceNow certifications and GEN AI micro-certifications - Understanding of application design and development concepts - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders and team members - Familiarity with automated testing scripts and modern engineering practices The Sr. Technical Consultant role demands a proactive approach to learning new technologies, collaborating with users and customers to enhance solutions, and staying updated on industry trends.
