As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of both Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. Your primary role will involve translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and leading a team of developers. It is essential to ensure delivery excellence, governance, and adherence to platform best practices. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end implementation of FSM & CSM modules, translating requirements into workflows, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), UI actions, business rules, and integrations. Additionally, you will be required to design and support REST/SOAP API integrations and use IntegrationHub. Mentoring developers, conducting design and code reviews, collaborating with stakeholders, managing platform upgrades, performance, security, maintaining documentation, and enforcing change and governance policies are also crucial aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including leading roles as a Technical Lead. Proven experience in FSM and CSM implementations, proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations, as well as a strong understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB architecture are required. Being a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory, along with experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred (bonus) skills include being a Certified Implementation Specialist in FSM and/or CSM, familiarity with App Engine, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Workflow Data Fabric, and NowAssist/AI Agent Framework, as well as holding an ITIL Foundation certification. What you will do Accept and verify customer requirements for maintenance services Develop and harmonise an efficient design based on the maintenance service spectrum and customer requirements: Develop a detailed Statement of work including delimitations Coordinate with and deliver the final service concept for deals won to the implementation and provision units.
