The Sr. Technical Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of ServiceNow GEN AI and platform integration. You will need to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users and stakeholders to ensure the best fit for the unique needs of their business. As a ServiceNow application developer, you will be responsible for implementing GEN AI, Now Assist, and the ServiceNow platform. This includes working with workflows, integration, configuration, customization, orchestration, and access controls. You should have experience with out-of-the-box and custom use cases using ServiceNow Now Assist for ITSM, Now Assist Skill Kit, Generative AI Controller, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues related to ServiceNow AI and Gen AI applications, aligning use case requirements with stakeholders, designing solutions, and guiding peer developers/team members in development and testing. You should have knowledge of AI concepts such as NLU, Machine Learning, and Prompt Engineering, as well as experience in integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems. Micro-certifications in Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist are preferred. Holding certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) is also advantageous. You will collaborate with the Scrum Master and Capability owners to prioritize Features, User Stories, and timelines for Platform Maintenance Initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the development efforts of the Scrum team, mentor junior and mid-level Software Engineers, review code, and perform unit testing. It is essential to stay updated on new capabilities in the platform, educate team members and customers, participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new software engineering resources. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience - Experience leading other engineers - ServiceNow development skills in GEN AI, Automations, ML, etc. - Experience with ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Request/Change management) - Experience with HRSD processes (Onboarding/Offboarding/Lifecycle event/EC) - Experience with CSM processes - Experience with Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup, and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications - Experience in Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist - Experience in script includes business rules, Portal development, agent workspace - Experience customizing ServiceNow using UI Builder, UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly, Angular 1.5 Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow IT Service Management or other relevant ServiceNow certifications and GEN AI micro-certifications - Demonstrated knowledge of application design, development, and implementation - Understanding of basic GEN AI Now Assist development concepts - Excellent human relations skills - Experience with maintaining automated testing scripts In summary, as a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing ServiceNow GEN AI and platform integration, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and ensuring the best solutions for clients" unique business needs.,
