You will be joining NexCen Global Inc as a full-time on-site ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Hyderabad. In this role, your primary responsibility will be utilizing your analytical skills to provide intelligence analysis, conduct research, and enhance predictive intelligence capabilities. You will leverage ServiceNow to optimize business processes and drive data-driven decision-making for the organization. For this position, you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer/Developer with a strong focus on Predictive Intelligence. It is essential to possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM). Additionally, you should have experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting is also required. As a ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence SME, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design and configure predictive models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing predictive performance to ensure effective outcomes, providing technical support and troubleshooting for predictive intelligence solutions, and staying updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging trends in predictive analytics.
