ServiceNow Lead

Your primary responsibility will involve participating in the creation of new IT solutions or enhancements to existing solutions, from requirement gathering to launch, as part of a cross-functional team. You will be tasked with designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, sustaining, and documenting software changes for new applications, enhancements, and defects. Your role will also include designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. In this position, you will engage with global teams to effectively translate customer requirements into software requirements and identify optimized solutions within the constraints of the product. You will customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to meet business needs, as well as develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Additionally, you will design and implement ServiceNow UI policies, data policies, and access controls to uphold data integrity and security. To qualify for this role, you should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. You must have at least 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a successful track record of project implementations. Proficiency in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environments is required. Additionally, experience in ServiceNow integrations, workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, and Update Sets is essential. An in-depth understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes is crucial for this role. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, as well as sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and operating system concepts. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are preferred.
