Role Overview:

ServiceNow Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow development and configuration (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance.
Manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Oversee platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security compliance.
Mentor junior developers and administrators.
Prepare technical documentation and support audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies).
Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflows.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

ITIL process knowledge.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Exposure to automation and scripting tools.
