ServiceNow Consultant/Technical Lead

You should have experience in ServiceNow Development and possess the ability to drive solutions independently. Prior work on ITSM is essential, along with a good grasp of CMDB. Additional knowledge of other ServiceNow products and practical work experience would be advantageous. Your expertise should include a strong background in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript as well as familiarity with ServiceNow APIs. You must have experience in extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities for implementing Scoped Applications. Proficiency in managing flows and workflows of medium to complex nature is required. An understanding of scripted Web-Services such as AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML Setup, as well as integration of ServiceNow with other applications is crucial. Knowledge of Service Portal designing would be considered a plus. General development experience is a must, including system integration using web services and technologies like XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP. You should be able to assume the role of a Solution Architect, delivering projects for implementation and enhancements alongside Project Managers. Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting is required, as well as some experience working with relational databases. In addition to technical skills, you will be expected to provide management support by maintaining expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products. Mentorship within the team, support for junior members, and monitoring the performance of junior developers are also key responsibilities. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders for gathering business needs is essential. Required certifications include ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow ITSM (preferred) or any other Implementation Specialist, and experience working in Agile Teams and Scrum Framework. Preferred certifications and knowledge encompass Certified Application Developer, ITIL Certification, and Micro-Certifications in Automated Test Framework, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Agile & Test.,
