Enterprise Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS/PBCS) - Lead

This position is responsible for the design and development of Planning and Essbase Applications and integrations. You will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. Providing best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives, defining scope and sizing of work, and anchoring Proof of Concept developments are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will offer solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, and design and develop complex features to meet clients" business needs. As the applications design architect/Lead for Hyperion Planning and Essbase application development, you will serve as the point of contact for the Planning and Essbase Analyst Teams. You will also be responsible for providing solutions to existing Architecture Design on the current system and collaborating effectively with other groups. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of EPM experience, with a strong background in implementing Hyperion and application development processes within the Hyperion EPM Product Suite. Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design is essential, along with sound knowledge of Hyperion Planning/PBCS/EPBCS. Understanding planning modeling such as P&L, BS, Workforce, Capex planning, and their interdependencies is crucial. Proficiency in Business Rules, Forms, Task Lists, and Reports is required, along with hands-on experience in Planning Modules.
