Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

As an experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful rollouts. You will play a crucial part in contributing to both the functional and strategic aspects of HR technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include configuring system components, conducting client workshops, preparing documentation such as configuration workbooks and test cases, supporting testing and issue resolution, collaborating with technical teams for integrations, delivering user training, and maintaining high documentation standards. Additionally, you will be managing multiple project timelines to ensure quality and timely delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, with proven expertise in at least 3 end-to-end implementations and 1 support project. Holding a valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification in key modules such as Employee Central, LMS, or Onboarding is essential. You should possess strong knowledge of HR business processes and the capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, along with hands-on experience in data models, business rules, RBP, imports, and workflows. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with additional modules like Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Recruiting, and Reporting. Experience in SAP HCM or S/4HANA HR would be advantageous. Your excellent documentation and presentation skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, will be key assets in this position. Moreover, your ability to work effectively across multiple projects and time zones, along with your team-oriented approach and exceptional communication skills, will contribute to your success as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.,
