Role Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Business Process Analyst to support our consulting team in visualizing, documenting, and improving business processes across domains. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals with strong analytical and documentation skills to build a career in process excellence and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mapping end-to-end business processes across different projects
• Work with senior consultants to analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies or improvement areas.
• Support the creation of process documentation, flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and KPI maps.
• Conduct basic research and interviews with internal and client stakeholders to understand workflows.
• Help maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client workshops, internal brainstorming sessions, and automation planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of internship or work experience in operations, consulting, business analysis, or process documentation will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Interest in working with cross-functional teams and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Ready to travel as per project requirements
