Role summary We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Process Engineer to analyze, document, and improve key business processes. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with enterprise tools and change management processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand workflows. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures. Conduct regular reviews to ensure processes remain relevant and effective, including managing the annual review and updating documentation in line with internal standards. Provide training and support for new or updated processes. Participate in Process Improvement activities as directed by leadership. Align process improvements with strategic goals in coordination with project managers and leadership. Support change management and communication efforts related to process changes. Engage key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Department Managers, Office Executives, Directors, Regional Directors, VPs, National Practice Leads, and Technical Leads. Support or lead testing of updated or re-engineered business processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business process engineering or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to visualize workflows will be an added advantage Ready to travel as per project requirements Experience in mechanical engineering will be a plus
