Tech Lead Product & Process Optimization Solutions

Role Overview: As a Tech Lead at JAASN Consultants LLP, your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical design and development of IT products derived from consulting engagements focused on process optimization. You will work closely with project managers, process consultants, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your role will involve developing prototypes and MVPs using Python and related technologies. Additionally, you will lead a team of up to 3 developers, assign tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure timely delivery. Designing system architectures that are modular, scalable, and capable of integrating with existing ERP systems such as SAP will be a crucial aspect of your role. Ensuring best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, testing, documentation, and security compliance, will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will manage technical discussions with clients and internal teams, aligning on goals and deliverables, while mentoring junior engineers to contribute to overall engineering excellence within the team. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. - 4 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience in Python-based environments. - Strong understanding of system architecture, backend frameworks, and software engineering principles. - Proven experience in leading small development teams and delivering high-quality software products. - Excellent understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations. - Experience in working with SAP integrations or manufacturing/industrial IT systems is a plus. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and engineering stakeholders.,
