Figma Designer

Role Overview: As a Figma Designer joining the team on a contract basis in Pune for a project duration of 6-12 months (extendable based on performance and project needs), your role will involve translating product requirements and wireframes into functional and visually appealing UI designs in Figma. You will also be responsible for creating interactive prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, following design systems, ensuring design consistency, participating in design reviews, and delivering assets efficiently to development teams. Key Responsibilities: - Translate product requirements and wireframes into functional and visually appealing UI designs in Figma. - Create interactive prototypes and design components/libraries for web and mobile platforms. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver intuitive and scalable designs. - Follow and help evolve design systems and UI guidelines. - Ensure design consistency and usability across all user experiences. - Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback constructively. - Deliver assets and specs efficiently to development teams. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience working as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong focus on Figma. - Solid portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design skills, and attention to detail. - Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern UI trends. - Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup. - Good communication skills and team collaboration. Additional Details: The company offers competitive contract-based remuneration (based on experience and skill set) along with flexible working hours. Experience in working with startups or agile product teams, exposure to front-end technologies (HTML/CSS basics) for better handoff understanding, and knowledge of design systems like Material Design or Apple HIG are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
