Role summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Process Engineer to analyze, document, and improve key business processes. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with enterprise tools and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand workflows.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure processes remain relevant and effective, including managing the annual review and updating documentation in line with internal standards.
• Provide training and support for new or updated processes.
• Participate in Process Improvement activities as directed by leadership.
• Align process improvements with strategic goals in coordination with project managers and leadership.
• Support change management and communication efforts related to process changes.
• Engage key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Department Managers, Office Executives, Directors, Regional Directors, VPs, National Practice Leads, and Technical Leads.
• Support or lead testing of updated or re-engineered business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business process engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to visualize workflows will be an added advantage
• Ready to travel as per project requirements 
• Experience in mechanical engineering will be a plus
