Figma Designer

As a Figma Designer with 2 years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, your role will involve turning ideas into beautiful, functional, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will primarily use Figma as your design tool to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive designs that align with business goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design clean, engaging, and user-friendly UI layouts in Figma for web and mobile platforms. - Convert wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity prototypes. - Develop and maintain design systems and reusable Figma components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, marketing) throughout the design process. - Participate in user research and usability testing, and translate findings into design improvements. - Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all screens and platforms. - Prepare design handoffs for developers, ensuring accurate implementation. - Stay up to date with Figma features, plugins, and design trends to optimize workflows. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with strong proficiency in Figma. - Experience in creating interactive prototypes, Auto Layouts, and design systems. - Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. - Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects in Figma. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with design tools like Miro, Notion, or Adobe Creative Suite. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. - Motion design or micro-interactions experience.
