Scrum Master

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile development teams, ensuring Agile principles are followed, removing impediments, and promoting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Guide teams to higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
• Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Protect the team from external distractions and help foster a culture of focus and continuous improvement.
• Track team progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Report on metrics such as sprint burndown, velocity, and team performance.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to drive cross-team alignment and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in scaling Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
