Key Responsibilities

• Enable team ownership and agency

  by encouraging proactive decision-making, experimentation, and problem-solving within the team, including responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows

• Facilitate alignment and execution

  : help teams maintain alignment and follow key delivery practices, ensuring clear goals, commitments, and measurable outcomes.

• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders

  on Agile principles and practices to improve collaboration, quality, and delivery outcomes.

• Promote data-driven decision making

  : help teams leverage metrics and insights from modern tooling to identify improvement opportunities and guide planning and execution.

• Anticipate, surface, and resolve impediments

  while gradually enabling teams to handle most obstacles autonomously.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

  : guide retrospectives, encourage experimentation, and ensure actionable follow-up is owned by the team.

• Collaborate across teams and leadership

  to coordinate dependencies, align priorities, and optimize delivery flow.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting one or more teams and engaging with other teams to facilitate alignment, address cross-team dependencies, and support seamless delivery.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills with a focus on

  developing team autonomy, self-management, and problem-solving capabilities

  .
• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, influencing without authority, and translating complex ideas into actionable guidance
• Experience using metrics to improve team performance, predictability, and delivery outcomes.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement, including working with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, tools, or integration is a plus.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), CSM, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
