Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 years of professional experience in creating engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a good sense of typography, color, and layout.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand identity and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual assets for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, ads, etc.) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create designs that communicate key messages effectively.
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visuals and marketing channels.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality output across media formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency, startup, or in-house design team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing for social media, web, and print.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI design or branding systems.
• Experience with photography, illustration, or animation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
