As a Software Developer specializing in Native Mobile App development, you will play a crucial role in our core Application development team. Your primary responsibilities will involve working on Client and In-house Products Development as well as Customized Native Mobile Applications. We highly value candidates who possess knowledge in both iOS and Android Applications Development. Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining product documentation, providing mentorship and regular feedback, taking ownership of application performance, quickly adapting to and learning new technologies, and leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills effectively. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in mobile app development and a strong understanding of the Android (Android ecosystem, SDK, and libraries) and/or iOS platform (Cocoa, Objective-C, Swift). Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services, familiarity with iOS frameworks like Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Auto Layouts, and a good grasp of HTML and CSS are essential. Your ability to work independently as a contributor, continuously learn about new technologies, and mentor/coach others will be crucial. You should also possess strong knowledge of database management and normalization, bug fixing, version control, and optimizing application performance. Understanding memory management and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices, familiarity with the full mobile development life cycle, and experience with the Apple Approval & Distribution Process are also desirable. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree and preferably an M.Tech in Computers or MCA in Computers.
