Figma Designer

Job Summary

As a Figma Designer, you will be responsible for designing modern, user-friendly interfaces and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. You will use Figma as your primary tool to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems that bring our digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and component library.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within an IT or software company.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, and collaboration features).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,010.48 - ₹35,194.16 per month
