As a skilled and creative Figma Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications using Figma. Your role will involve developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders will be essential to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Additionally, you will build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides to ensure consistency across projects. Implementing user-centered design principles to solve complex design challenges and enhance usability will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Optimizing designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance will be crucial, along with staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to improve design workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Create intuitive and visually appealing designs using Figma - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements - Build and maintain design systems and reusable components - Implement user-centered design principles and enhance usability - Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback - Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance - Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Figma Designer - Proficiency in Figma, including creating components and interactive prototypes - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques - Experience in building and managing design systems - Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design approaches - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or other design-related software is advantageous In addition, you will benefit from a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and the opportunity for performance bonuses. This role is a full-time, contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. Your work location will be in person, and fluency in English is required. Experience working with developers and familiarity with handoff tools such as Figma Inspect is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant Figma design projects.,
