Business Process Specialist

You will need to have proven solid Lead Business Analysis experience where you have previously identified, planned, and controlled the design and analysis activities on multiple projects. It is essential to have knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements, and be able to share knowledge, suggest improvements, and be confident in delivering insights into business analysis activity. Ideally, you should possess ISEB, CBAP, or equivalent certifications and solid Six Sigma expertise, including green belt certification as a minimum. Your responsibilities will include conducting process analysis to document, institutionalize, and improve business processes. You will also be developing and administering Sikorsky CRM systems and salesforce.com. The Business Process Specialist role primarily involves completing all the work required during a Pre-discovery effort. Understanding the full scope of services provided by ARC to its customers, with an emphasis on accounting and financial management services, is crucial. You should also have a good understanding of ARC operational capabilities, be able to communicate those capabilities to a prospective customer agency, and analyze the gap between ARC's capabilities and the customer's requirements.
