Pantheon Development is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business & Process Analyst to lead requirement analysis, process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma–driven improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
The role involves deep process mapping, financial process transformation, and creating leadership-level presentations to support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and map end-to-end processes.
• Translate operational needs into precise, actionable business requirements and process documentation.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, process flows, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Prepare professional Visio process maps, ARIS EPC/BPMN models, process documentation, and leadership-ready presentations.
• Ensure all documentation is standardized, structured, and aligned with organizational methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma–based process improvements to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, variations, and improvement opportunities across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement programs, standardize workflows, and implement best-practice process controls.
• Support Finance process transformation including AR/AP, PO workflows, reconciliation cycles, vendor processes, and approval controls.
• Develop measurable KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and control frameworks to monitor process performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to align stakeholders and ensure adoption of improved processes.
• Create high-impact leadership decks and executive summaries for CXO and board reviews.
• Confidently manage high-pressure leadership engagements, ensuring crisp communication and structured problem-solving.
Strong working knowledge of:
• MS Visio, ARIS (EPC/BPMN), and BPM modelling tools
• Lean Six Sigma concepts (DMAIC, SIPOC, VOC, VSM, root-cause analysis, control plans)
• Continuous improvement frameworks & operational excellence techniques
• MONDAY.COM, Confluence & collaboration platforms
• CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and workflow tools
• Financial process flows (AP/AR, reconciliation, purchasing cycles, approvals)
• Agile/Scrum fundamentals
• Strong ability to create executive-level presentations and transformation decks
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Engineer / PMO professional.
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Finance Process Transformation.
• Proven experience in process engineering, business transformation, and end-to-end process mapping using Visio/ARIS.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or fast-paced transformation environments is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure settings.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
