Job Description

Opportunity Pipeline Management

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
  • Work closely with the Business Head to track, manage, and report on all active sales opportunities and key initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in developing strategies to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.

SaaS Product Demonstrations

  • Become an expert user of our SaaS product.
  • Conduct compelling and tailored product demonstrations for prospects, effectively showcasing value and features.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine demo strategies and materials.

Vendor Coordination And Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors managing our SEO and blog/content writing programs.
  • Facilitate clear communication, briefings, and feedback between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Leadership) and vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs (e. g., traffic growth, content quality, lead generation), track deliverables, and manage timelines/budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize vendor relationships and performance.

Operational Coordination And Support

  • Support the Business Head in day-to-day operational activities, meeting preparation, and strategic project execution.
  • Help streamline cross-functional processes between Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership on pipeline status, marketing performance, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales/marketing operations, project coordination, vendor management, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn, master, and demonstrate complex SaaS products. Prior experience giving demos is a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
