What you will be responsible for

Client Leadership

• Represent The Motion Story with clients and make sure their experience with us is seamless
• Translate briefs into clear internal action plans and manage delivery across teams
• Ensure timelines, expectations and quality benchmarks are always met

Project Ownership

• Take complete ownership of projects from kick off to delivery
• Drive coordination between internal and external teams
• Monitor timelines and budgets and step in early when challenges arise

Business Operations

• Build and refine operational systems that allow the company to scale
• Oversee day to day operations including vendor management and resource allocation
• Support finance, contracts and documentation processes

People and Culture

• Assist in hiring, onboarding and team management
• Maintain discipline in attendance, leaves and HR processes
• Contribute to building a culture where the team feels supported and inspired

Founder Partnership

• Work closely with Mayank to free him from operational load so he can focus on strategy and growth
• Anticipate challenges and solve them before they reach the founder
• Act as a trusted partner in decision making and execution

What makes you a fit

• 3 to 5 years in operations, client servicing or project management in an agency, production or creative environment
• Strong communication with clients and teams and you keep calm and get work done
• Organised and process driven yet flexible when the situation demands
• Comfortable leading internal and external teams toward a single plan
• Hands on with project tools like sheets, trackers and simple dashboards
• Bias for action, ownership mindset and hunger to grow into a bigger role
