Job Title: Business Operations Manager - Location: Remote Monthly Salary: Rs.40,000/- to Rs.60,000/-. About Us: We create meaningful stays. We are growing fast and are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional hospitality at every step of the guest journey! Job Description: The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations across all properties, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, financial discipline, and high service standards. This role combines administration, process optimisation, vendor management, and financial oversight. You will work closely with the founder and property managers to ensure that the business runs efficiently and continues to scale profitably. Responsibilities: Operational Management -Oversee daily operations across all properties, ensuring smooth coordination between guest experience, housekeeping, and on-ground managers. -Implement and maintain operational SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery. -Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and efficiently. Business Administration -Manage payments, vendor contracts, utility bills, and property-related expenses. -Manage schedule, reporting and documentation for all properties. -Report team members expenses and collaborate with our accounts team. -Prepare and execute payroll. Team & Vendor Coordination -Support and supervise property managers and remote teams. -Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for smooth operations. -Ensure staff scheduling, payroll support, and vendor payments are completed on time. Strategic Support -Work closely with the founder on new property onboarding and expansion. -Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data. -Track operational KPIs and prepare reports. -Implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness Requirements: · Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken Hindi is a must, fluency in Tamil a plus. - A true passion and experience in hospitality! - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic accounting tools. - Excellent communication and people management skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure. - High sense of ownership and attention to detail.
