Business Manager
In This Role, You Will
- Participate in ongoing platform initiatives to document pain points and work across platform on issues resolution to improve efficiency and robustness of platform.
- Support delivery of any change in compliance and control standards and ensures requirements are integrated into business processes
- Prepares targeted communications to update platforms on key developments, new launches, process changes etc
- Supports any campaigns and data analytics including but not limited to data scoping, training, reporting, deck and paper preparation.
- Supports business controls and reviews e.g. cross border activities control, travel and entertainment reviews
- Financial Control - Customer Charges, direct cost, forecasting, accruals, invoicing, and purchase orders
- Ensure transparency, monitoring monthly dashboard and reporting progress against plans, quality & costs.
- Participate in design of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative Management Information Systems
To Be Successful You Will
- Educated to graduate level (or equivalent level of experience)
- Strong Excel and report production.Prior Business Management & Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
- Prior Team Management experience or strong inclination towards people & team management
- Stakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
- Strong communicator – able to express ideas through various communication channels good in data analytics
- Self-starter with ability to make balanced and independent decisions
- Excellent communication skills.Good knowledge of Private Bank practices, platform, products, services and controls
- Moderate level knowledge of all investment, banking, insurance and credit products offered by Global Private Banking. Knowledge of operational, trading and overall business knowledge would be beneficial
