Business Manager

Job Overview

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the business, including business development, profit and loss (P&L) management, operational excellence, and team leadership. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can drive growth, ensure profitability, and manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales and expansion targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.

2. P&L and Financial Management

• Take full ownership of the Profit & Loss of the business unit.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

3. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

4. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
• Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and build a high-performance culture.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring, and training needs.
• Facilitate strong communication and collaboration within the team.

5. Strategy & Planning

• Contribute to short-term and long-term business strategy.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure business sustainability.
• Present business performance and strategic insights to the Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in leading teams and managing revenue-driven functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
