Job Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Support daily coordination between teams, tasks, and timelines
• Update and manage trackers, documentation, and status reports
• Communicate with vendors and service partners as needed
• Keep CRM systems and internal dashboards up to date
• Pitch in with hiring support and admin processes wherever needed

Sales Support

• Identify and filter potential leads across channels
• Help write and dispatch outreach communication (Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Organize and manage follow-ups to keep sales conversations moving
• Join sales calls, document key points, and support next steps
• Assist in drafting proposals and client onboarding assets
• Maintain updated sales logs and weekly metrics

Qualifications

• Based in Pune (strongly preferred)
• Available for full-time internship commitment
• Strong command over written and spoken communication
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools (we'll guide you)
• Sharp learner with initiative and attention to detail
• Committed, punctual, and reliable in a remote setting
