VP, Research & Development Overview: We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with prior experience commercialising new materials. Work experience gained with material startups or innovation departments of chemicals, Agtech, textiles or food companies would be ideal. Compensation includes a meaningful offer of stock options (up to 10% for the right candidate) and payout of INR 12L CTC per annum with potential of revision on close of funding. Key Responsibilities: Product roadmap execution through collaborating with founders, sales and vendors to define and execute the product roadmap Ensuring that all products and technologies developed meet the highest standards of quality and comply with relevant regulations. Overseeing the development and protection of intellectual property, including patents. Managing, mentoring, setting performance goals and monitoring progress of the research team.
