Your Role

• Shape and own the

  go-to-market strategy

  for sustainable packaging solutions.
• Lead

  enterprise sales and strategic partnerships

  , especially with FMCG, retail, Q-commerce, and packaging converters.
• Open doors using your

  network of senior decision-makers

  in consumer goods, packaging, and supply chains.
• Build commercial processes: pricing, contracts, distribution partnerships, channel strategy.
• Establish the

  commercial team

  (sales, BD, account management) over time.
• Represent the company externally with

  customers, investors, and industry forums

  .

What You Bring

• 12+ years in

  commercial leadership roles

  (sales, marketing, BD, P&L ownership).
• Background in

  packaging, FMCG, consumer products, or sustainability-driven businesses

  .
• Strong track record of

  launching new products, building markets, or leading growth initiatives

  .
• Deep

  relationships and networks

  with FMCG procurement heads, packaging buyers, or retail/e-commerce leadership.
• A willingness to

  transition from corporate safety to entrepreneurial risk

  , with strong alignment to sustainability and impact.
• Comfort with both

  strategy and execution

  from boardroom negotiations to closing the first few accounts yourself.
