Our mission is to make second-home ownership seamless and rewarding for our clients or investors while delivering exceptional value to our developer partners. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who can drive sales for our portfolio of holiday homes, villas, and plots. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi, and understands Marathi, skilled in relationship building, and comfortable working with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. This role requires a proactive closer who is comfortable with both sales calling and on-ground deal closures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily sales calls and follow-ups to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers. Build and nurture relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients. Handle end-to-end sales cycle from client discovery calls to site visits and deal closure. Provide personalized property solutions to HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Travel across Maharashtra and Goa for client meetings, site visits, and developer networking events. Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reporting to management. Key Requirements: Proven track record of sales success in real estate (apartments, luxury villas, or similar).
