Business Intern

Location: CR Park, GK, Delhi

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5.5 Days a Week

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Intern to join our team and play a critical role in building and scaling the "At Stay" product—a unique offering in the travel and tourism space. This role is perfect for someone who is hungry to make an impact and ready to dive into every aspect of a growing startup.

KRA:

• Product Development & Strategy: Directly assist the Founder and Tech Team in defining, refining, and building the core At Stay product. Bring market insights and a user-centric perspective to development.
• Property Onboarding & Acquisition: Execute collaboration strategies to identify, pitch, negotiate, and successfully onboard accommodation properties onto the At Stay platform.
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Engage in robust client interaction with property owners/managers to secure partnerships and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Industry Analysis: Apply your existing understanding of the travel and tourism industry to inform business decisions and competitive positioning.
• Growth & Building Mindset: Actively contribute to growth and building mentality initiatives, exploring new markets, user acquisition channels, and revenue opportunities.
• Learning & Adaptability: Maintain a flexible and proactive attitude towards learning anything and everything required to move the business forward.

What we are looking for:

• Passion for Travel: A genuine, demonstrable passion for travel is a must. You should intrinsically understand the needs and desires of travellers.
• Builder's Hunger: A deep hunger to build something unique and out-of-the-box. We need creative problem-solvers who aren't afraid of ambiguity.
• Emerging Leadership: Leadership is in their blood—a self-starter who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and inspires others, regardless of their role.
• Educational Background: Fresh out of college or still pursuing a degree (Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner capable of starting right away.
