About the Role Are you a skilled and experienced software engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a talented DevOps Software Engineer II to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our software products and manage our infrastructure. You will work closely with other engineers to bring innovative solutions to life. Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid Work Mode) Department: Platform and Infrastructure Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor cloud and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. Implement tools and frameworks for automating code building, testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software features. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on technical solutions and system design. Mentor and guide junior engineers; conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Identify and implement new technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. Automate testing processes and write unit tests. Stay updated with the latest software development and DevOps trends. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4-6 years of experience in DevOps. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines). Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies like Docker. Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, C++). Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with building APIs and system integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for learning and staying current with the latest technologies. Good to Have: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Understanding of Unix/Linux systems. Knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML). Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS preferred). Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Java.
