About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, motivated individual with an MBA background and strong communication skills to join our fintech team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn business development, contribute to fintech strategy, and create impactful business and technology insights. Prior domain understanding or theoretical knowledge in fintech will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing business and fintech strategy decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and evaluate emerging fintech trends.
  Support business development initiatives by analyzing opportunities, client needs, and product fit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  Translate complex data and business concepts into clear, concise insights and presentations.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degree; candidates with strong theoretical knowledge in fintech will also
  be considered.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curious mindset, with a zeal to learn business development and fintech operations.
  Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
