You’ll gain hands-on experience across business operations, client servicing, vendor coordination, and creative project execution helping bring our floral experiences to life for homes, brands, and events. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of floral and event projects Support business development, client communication, and vendor management Conduct market research and identify collaboration opportunities Help manage social media content, analytics, and outreach Contribute to operational efficiency and creative process improvements Who You Are Background in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration Strong organizational and communication skills Aesthetic sense and passion for design, décor, and creativity Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or social media tools is a plus Perks 🌷 Hands-on experience in event-based creative business operations 🌷 Mentorship from the core Fleurish & Co. team 🌷 Internship certificate
