About The Role
Business Performance Monitoring and Tracking
- Timely and accurate monthly revenue / margin tracking against assigned regional sales objectives through internal tools and engagement with the concerned teams.
- Preparation and analysis of regular business reviews, identify areas of growth and decline and its implications on resource allocation.
- Track pipeline and have an overview of Opportunity to Order and Order to bill.
- Work with internal teams to ensure regional achievements are properly defined, tracked, and reflected in the Sales Incentive Plan.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales APAC in allocating regional sales objectives, such as forecast preparation, reviewing account assignment, evaluating resource allocation, etc.
APAC Sales Team’s Best Practices & OWI Strategy and Transformation
- Track and review the sales pipeline through internal tools, and work with CRM and operational marketing teams to ensure data quality of the sales pipeline on behalf of the APAC team.
- Organize weekly reports for the VP of Sales APAC and provide weekly highlight suggestions that capture the progress and milestones of certain important projects and team efforts.
- Engage in day-to-day activities of the team and contribute by bringing in the knowledge gained though business analytics and engagement with other internal teams.
- Engage with internal teams on Go-To-Market initiatives such as email campaigns, identifying and organizing internal target lists, Omnichannel strategy, etc.
- Collaborate with other internal teams on digitalization and transformation projects
- Support the team during key industry events by assisting in organization of meetings, planning key agenda items and tracking progress on points agreed during customer engagement.
- Support sales activities for the Greater China cluster including communicating with customers to understand their requirements, assist in proposal preparation and submission, and take required follow up action(s) with customers.
About You
- University Degree
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a global environment.
- Proven data analytic, critical thinking and presentation skills.
- Experience of having worked in cross functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the wholesale industry across product lines (data & mobile) is a plus.
- Having customer facing experience is a plus
