Job Title: Business Head / Operations Manager – Shegaon Kachori(CGS Business Group) Job Description: We are looking for a Business Head to manage the overall functioning of SHEGAON KACHORI – including outlet operations, kitchen, office staff, online platforms, finance, inventory, marketing, and future expansion. Key Responsibilities 1. Outlet & Kitchen Management Monitor all daily operations at outlets (timings, cleanliness, quality) Ensure timely preparation, packaging, and delivery of food items Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards 2. Office & Staff Management Supervise office staff (accounts, telecaller, dispatch, etc.) Allocate work, track performance, and ensure reporting discipline Handle recruitment, onboarding, and team motivation 3. Inventory & Vendor Coordination Track stock of raw materials, packaging, and daily usage Deal with suppliers for best pricing and timely delivery Avoid wastage and manage stock levels smartly 4. Online Platforms & Delivery Manage Swiggy, Zomato, etc. Keep menus, offers, timings updated and resolve tech issues Coordinate with delivery partners for timely pickups 5. Sales, Marketing & Growth Create marketing campaigns, offers, and customer loyalty programs Manage local promotion activities (flyers, banners, events) Improve sales and brand visibility 6. Finance & Reporting Track all income & expenses (outlets + office) Approve bills, salaries, and petty cash expenses Generate weekly/monthly business reports for the owner 7. Future Planning Assist in opening new outlets or expanding production capacity Bring suggestions for improving quality, efficiency, and profitability Eligibility Criteria: 3+ years experience in food industry / hospitality / multi-outlet management Strong leadership, team handling, and multitasking abilities Knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and delivery platforms Trustworthy, loyal, and capable of working independently Fluent in Marathi Hindi & basic English Ability to travel between outlets and office when needed Location: Baner (Office + Outlets + Field Work nearby)
