Business Growth HR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Business Partnering:

    Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational change, and optimize structures for growth.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

    Define critical talent needs, design recruitment strategies, oversee senior-level hiring, and lead effective onboarding and workforce planning.
  • Performance & Talent Management:

    Implement performance frameworks, coach leaders on reviews and feedback, and address performance gaps to strengthen capability.
  • Learning & Succession Planning:

    Drive leadership development and succession priorities, build high-potential talent pipelines, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    Provide market insights, align rewards with business needs, and recommend improvements to ensure fairness, equity, and competitiveness.
  • Organizational Development & Change:

    Support CEO-led transformation initiatives, lead change management, and provide HR expertise during restructuring or expansions.
  • Engagement & Retention:

    Enhance employee engagement, use feedback to improve workplace experience, and design retention strategies for top performers.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:

    Track key HR metrics, analyze trends, and deliver data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions.


Skills & Qualification

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role partnering with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to work directly with CXO-level executives and influence decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
