We're building an AI-powered platform to revolutionize private tutoring by empowering independent educators and small-to-mid-sized tuition businesses to scale effectively, manage operations smoothly, and deliver high-quality learning experiences. Our vision is to become the go-to solution for personalized education in India and beyond. Role Overview We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to join Rablo’s founding team as the Founding Member – Business Growth . This is a high-impact role focused on driving growth through strategic marketing, sales, branding, and business development initiatives. You will play a critical role in shaping Rablo’s go-to-market approach, establishing the brand, acquiring users, and forming key partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Execution Design and execute end-to-end growth strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Leverage organic channels, paid marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing to drive traction. Analyze funnel performance and continuously optimize campaigns and experiments. 2. Sales & Business Development Identify and convert leads into partnerships with tutors, institutes, and learning centers. Create outreach campaigns, sales decks, and presentations to pitch Rablo’s value proposition. Develop and manage the sales pipeline, conduct demos, and close deals. 3. Branding & Market Positioning Develop Rablo’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Define value propositions for different customer segments. Create compelling content, stories, and campaigns that reflect Rablo’s mission and offerings. 4. Customer Research & Insights Conduct market and competitor research to refine targeting and positioning. Gather user feedback and translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies. Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in the platform. 5. Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and tech to align growth initiatives with business goals. Take ownership of the business growth roadmap and outcomes. Recruit, lead, and mentor a small growth team as the company scales. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or startup environments. Proven track record of driving growth, especially in early-stage or 0-to-1 product environments. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and branding strategies. Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or CRM platforms. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
