About the role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Growth Associate to join our Business development team. This role focuses on driving revenue and expanding reach through lead generation, student acquisition, outreach initiatives, and market research. You’ll be actively involved in sales and strategy execution, working closely with the marketing and BDE teams to achieve growth targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential students and partners through calls, emails, and online channels.



  • Sales & Conversions: Explain our training programs, handle objections, follow up, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Nurture leads through regular communication and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Marketing and Business Development teams to align strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  • Corporate & College Partnerships: Support collaborations with colleges and corporate organizations for student engagement and business tie-ups.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and suggest growth strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor results, analyze conversion ratios, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

  • Confident in handling outbound calls and achieving targets.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, sales funnels, and marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Freshers with a go-getter attitude and strong communication skills are welcome.
