The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that teach technical concepts related to MongoDB, Node.js, React.js, Express and Front-end development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of the MERN tools and excellent teaching and communication skills. **NOTE THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER JOB THIS IS A TRAINER JOB** **Only Immediate joiner apply** Job Responsibilities: Design, develop and update training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, slides, hands- on exercises, and assessments on MERN frontend and backend. Deliver training programs to students in both online and classroom training. Utilize various teaching methods such as lectures, demonstrations and hands-on activities. Provide regular reports and feedback to management on training outcomes and improvement areas. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in MERN. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1.5+ years of professional experience in software development using the MERN Stack. Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical field. Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js. Familiarity with modern web development practices and tools.
