MERN Stack Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to join our training institute. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, hands-on training sessions to aspiring developers, equipping them with practical skills in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex concepts to foster student success. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Curriculum: Design and conduct structured lesson plans covering MERN stack fundamentals, including database design with MongoDB, backend development with Express.js and Node.js, and frontend UI/UX with React.js. Include real-world case studies and industry best practices.
• Hands-On Training: Guide students through practical projects, such as building full-stack web applications (e.g., e-commerce sites or task managers), debugging code, and integrating APIs. Provide one-on-one mentoring for skill-building.
• Assess Progress: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and project reviews. Offer constructive feedback to ensure learners achieve industry-ready proficiency.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest updates in the MERN ecosystem (e.g., React hooks, Node.js modules) and incorporate them into training modules.
• Collaborate: Work with faculty, department heads, or corporate clients to customize training programs and embed full-stack concepts into broader curricula.
• Engage Learners: Foster an interactive classroom environment using tools like live coding, demos, and group discussions to maintain high engagement and motivation.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 0-1+ years as a MERN Stack Developer/ with at least 1 year in a training or mentoring role (technical trainer experience is a plus). Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL databases, Mongoose ORM).
• Strong knowledge of Express.js and Node.js for server-side development.
• Advanced React.js skills (components, state management with Redux/Context API, hooks, routing with React Router).
