MERN Stack Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Trainer to join our team at Epixable Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.

As a MERN Stack Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions, create real-world projects, and help learners build a strong foundation in full-stack web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Design and develop course materials, assignments, and projects aligned with current industry trends.
• Mentor and guide students through hands-on coding exercises and real-world projects.
• Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and track student progress.
• Stay updated with the latest web development technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training modules.
• Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment for students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and related tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git/GitHub, and cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or Heroku).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Redux.
• Knowledge of DevOps basics or CI/CD pipelines.
• Certification or experience in technical training/instruction.
