Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Finance Analyst/Manager to support the Cloud Business Unit at Team Computers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the Cloud business through data-driven insights, financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring financial alignment with growth and profitability goals across cloud services, solutions, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Cloud business team to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Provide detailed cost and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and business expansion.
• Track and monitor key business and financial metrics — revenue, margins, utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain financial models for evaluating cloud projects, ROI, and business scenarios.
• Conduct variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts/budgets and recommend corrective actions.
• Support pricing strategy, cost optimization, and investment decisions for cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Collaborate with the accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Drive process improvements and enhance automation in reporting and analytics for the Cloud business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CFA preferred for managerial level.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, preferably within a cloud, IT services, or technology business.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of P&L management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP/financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment with multiple priorities.
