Business Finance Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially sharp finance professional to act as a strategic partner to our Sales and Marketing teams across Online, Retail, and Gifting channels. This role will lead channel-wise P&L ownership, evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives, and ensure data-backed decision-making in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment like Kimirica.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  channel-level P&L ownership

  , highlighting revenue performance, margin trends, and key cost levers.
• Drive annual and quarterly

  sales forecasting, business planning

  , and ensure alignment with organisational targets.
• Evaluate

  deals, pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional campaigns

  for ROI and profitability.
• Build and maintain

  dynamic dashboards, financial models, and reports

  to support Sales & Marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with

  Sales, Marketing, SCM, and FP&A

  teams for commercial planning.
• Monitor

  DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

  and ensure timely reconciliation across all revenue channels.

Requirements

• CA or MBA (Finance) with

  5–8 years of experience

  in commercial/business finance, preferably in retail, FMCG, or D2C.
• Advanced

  Excel and data handling

  skills; familiarity with

  BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with an

  analytical mindset

  and the ability to interpret numbers into actionable insights.
• Excellent

  stakeholder management and communication

  skills to partner effectively with business leads.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a bias for execution and ownership.
